Apple May Rekindle Intel Partnership for M-Series Chips

Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo reports that Apple may partner with Intel to produce base-level M-series processors in Q2/Q3 of 2027. Since processing fabrication will take place on Intel's 18AP Process, this would mean that, while Intel produces the chips as an outsourcing company, TSMC will still produce Apple’s high-end chips.

The production relationship between Apple and Intel is expected to manufacture approximately 15 to 20 million units of chips and later supply future versions of the MacBook Air as well as iPads, helping Apple diversify its sources of supply beyond one vendor.

Deutsche Börse’s $6 B Bid for Allfunds Could Reshape Europe’s Fund-Tech Market

Deutsche Börse has put forth a non-binding proposal to purchase the Fund Technologies Company Allfunds valued at €8.80 per share, or approximately €6.1 billion total value, with an offer of €4.30 cash and €4.30 in new Deutsche Börse stock. Additionally, shareholders of Allfunds will be entitled to dividends, specifically €0.20 in 2025 and further dividends in cash during the years 2026 and 2027.
