As indicated by Downdetector.com, numerous reports came in regarding the problems beginning at 10:20 AM IST. Most of the user reports were related to the Google Search issue.
The service outage affected users on both mobile phones and PCs. The homepage could not load for many users, while some others had search problems. The service outage is important because millions of people worldwide use Google Search to communicate, learn, conduct business, and find information.
Users complained about the outage on X and shared screenshots of the error message that they had encountered. There were screenshots of notifications stating that Google engineers were already aware of the problem and fixing it.
