Crypto-based prediction platform Polymarket is in discussions to raise fresh capital at a valuation of about $15 billion, according to a report by The Information. The company is reportedly trying to secure around $400 million in the upcoming round, signaling strong investor appetite for event-based trading platforms.

The deal has not been finalized yet, and the valuation and size of the round could change as negotiations continue.

How Significant is Proposed Funding?

If the round ends up getting valued at what has been estimated, then this will be a huge boost for Polymarket, making it one of the world’s highest-valued fintech startups.
