Bitcoin trades near USD 83,285 as ETF inflows cushion Treasury yield pressure.
FIGR_HELOC, Zcash and Hyperliquid lead the top twelve, while TRON lags.
PCE inflation data and Friday's payrolls report could trigger fresh volatility.
Bitcoin is trading near USD 83,285 as elevated Treasury yields keep buyers cautious on Wednesday. Its market value holds near USD 1.67 trillion, so the recent rally remains intact for now.
Spot ETF buying has cooled, yet Bitcoin funds have logged inflows for eight straight sessions. Attention now shifts to August PCE inflation data today and Friday's payrolls report.
Bitcoin trades at USD 83,284.55, up 0.2% over the past 24 hours, per live CoinGecko data. Its market capitalization stands near USD 1.67 trillion, with 24-hour volume near USD 28.13 billion. The coin has gained 4.0% over the past seven days.
Below is today's Daily Quote roundup from leading crypto market desks on Bitcoin's near-term structure.
CoinSwitch Markets Desk said BTC briefly moved above USD 84,000 before the 10-year yield climbed to 5.27%. Futures open interest has fallen to a year-to-date low of 628,000 BTC, pointing to reduced leverage.
Prateek Gupta, Head of Business at Mudrex, said a dovish New York Fed message pushed October hike odds below 50%. ETF demand stayed positive for eight straight days, with about USD 3 billion entering since September 17. He placed resistance at USD 84,500 and marked USD 80,000 as major support.
Riya Sehgal, Research Analyst at Delta Exchange, said Bitcoin keeps failing to clear the USD 84,000 to USD 85,000 region. ETF flows have lost momentum, so fresh spot demand is thinner than last week. Ethereum needs a clean break above USD 2,700 for stronger upside.
Purvang Mashru, Lead Analyst at BitDelta India, said Avalanche climbed 8.4% to USD 11.40 while Solana, XRP and Dogecoin advanced. Broader participation shows buying interest now extends beyond Bitcoin and Ethereum. Support sits near USD 82,738 and USD 82,000, with resistance at USD 84,514.

FIGR_HELOC led the top twelve with a 2.8% gain, while Zcash followed with a 2.1% rise. Zcash also posted the strongest weekly gain at 12.3%, ahead of Hyperliquid at 11.7%. TRON lagged the group, slipping 0.6% while most large caps traded in a narrow range.
The 10-year Treasury yield briefly reached 5.293% on Wednesday, its highest level since June 2007. The 30-year yield touched 5.62%, its highest since June 2002. The Dow, S&P 500 and Nasdaq all closed lower in the previous session.
August core PCE inflation data lands today, and traders expect it to set the tone for rate expectations. Nonfarm payrolls on October 2 will then test whether the softer labor readings hold. Hotter numbers could revive October rate-hike bets.
US spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded USD 31.07 million in net inflows on September 28, the smallest daily figure this month. The previous session had brought in roughly USD 135 million. Ether funds also slowed to USD 17.10 million from USD 86.95 million.
Strategy still added 1,665 BTC worth USD 142.66 million, showing corporate demand remains active. Long-term holder MVRV recovered to 1.35 by September 27, which leaves room for profit-taking on rebounds. Seven-day realized profit remains about 19% below its August peak.
Evernorth Holdings shareholders vote today on a merger with Armada Acquisition Corp., paving the way for a Nasdaq listing. Approval would create XRPN, a public vehicle holding more than 473 million XRP. Some closing conditions remain outstanding after the vote.
Ripple, SBI Group and Pantera Capital back the vehicle, which would give investors a listed route into XRP. Spot XRP ETFs have also drawn USD 1.79 billion in cumulative inflows, adding to institutional access. Resistance for XRP sits near USD 1.55.
Bitget schedules USDT withdrawals to resume today after last week's hack, which reports place at above USD 350 million. Ether withdrawals restarted earlier this week through a phased reopening. CEO Gracy Chen believes a North Korea-linked group carried out the attack.
The attacker moved roughly USD 83 million in stolen XRP into wallets that cannot be frozen. The transfer could create sell pressure on XRP. NEAR Intents said its SHIELD system blocked some of the stolen funds.
Hedera's HBAR jumped more than 20% early today after a Hedera-based identity platform listed on IBM Cloud Catalog. The token then reversed and fell 16.5% to about USD 0.104. Partnership headlines can move small tokens sharply, and reverse just as fast.
Quant traded near USD 270 after a 12.84% daily gain, extending a 299.39% weekly advance. Nischal Shetty of WazirX flagged RSI above 80, with resistance at USD 290 to USD 300. A token that quadrupled in a week carries high reversal risk.
Bitcoin's hold near USD 83,300 shows buyers still defend the USD 82,000 to USD 83,000 support zone. Resistance sits at USD 84,000 to USD 85,000, and a sustained move above it would reopen higher targets.
Investors should track PCE inflation, Treasury yields and ETF flow data closely this week. Staggered entries and modest position sizing remain the sensible approach here.
1.What is the Bitcoin price today?
Bitcoin trades at USD 83,284.55, up 0.2% over the past 24 hours. It has gained 4.0% over the past week, supported by steady spot ETF inflows even as Treasury yields stayed elevated.
2.Why is Bitcoin struggling near USD 84,000?
Bitcoin has repeatedly failed to clear the USD 84,000 to USD 85,000 region. Slower ETF inflows and elevated Treasury yields have limited fresh spot demand, while traders wait for PCE inflation data.
3.Are Bitcoin ETFs still seeing inflows?
Yes. US spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded USD 31.07 million in net inflows on September 28, extending the streak to eight days. It was the smallest daily inflow of the month, so momentum has cooled.
4.Which coins are performing best today?
FIGR_HELOC leads the top twelve with a 2.8% gain, followed by Zcash at 2.1% and Hyperliquid at 1.5%. TRON is the only decliner in the group, slipping 0.6% during the current session.
5.What should investors watch this week?
Track August PCE inflation data, Treasury yield movement and Friday's nonfarm payrolls report. These releases will likely decide whether Bitcoin holds support near USD 82,000 or tests resistance between USD 84,000 and USD 85,000.
