Pune, India: Cummins India Limited (NSE: CUMMINSIND, BSE: 500480) The Board of Directors of Cummins India Limited (CIL), at their meeting held today, reviewed and approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
Total Sales for the quarter were ₹3,375 Cr, higher by 18% compared to the same quarter last year and by 14% quarter-on-quarter.
Domestic sales at ₹ 2,854 Cr higher by 22% compared to the same quarter last year and 14% over the previous quarter.
Export Sales at ₹ 521 Cr are flat compared to the same quarter last year and higher by 16% compared to the previous quarter.
Profit before tax (before exceptional items) stood at ₹ 721 Cr, with a margin of 21.4%, marginally lower by 0.7% compared to same quarter last year and lower 12% compared to sequential quarter.
Profit after tax was ₹ 543 Cr and net profit margin stood at 16.1%
Commenting on results, Shveta Arya, Managing Director, Cummins India Limited, said: “The new fiscal year began on a steady note, supported by robust domestic demand across key end markets and our order execution contributing to revenue growth. Exports continue to be resilient in major regions that we supply despite the geopolitical developments. These headwinds led to higher commodity costs and inflationary trends impacting margins. We are closely tracking these developments and remain focused on operational efficiencies and cost discipline while continuing with our promise of dependability and reliability as we serve our customers.”
