Samsung matched Apple's 19% global unit share in 2025. The company recorded annual shipment growth of 7%, supported by demand across its Galaxy portfolio and a recovery in both premium and mainstream smartphone segments.

Xiaomi — 13% Market Share

Xiaomi held third place globally with a 13% unit share in 2025. The company shipped around 163 million smartphones during the year and remained a major force in affordable, mid-range and increasingly premium smartphone markets.

vivo — 8% Market Share

vivo ranked fourth worldwide with an 8% unit share in 2025. The company shipped 105.3 million smartphones, with strong performance in markets such as India helping it become the fourth-largest global smartphone vendor for the first time.

OPPO — 8% Market Share

OPPO completed the global top five with an 8% unit share in 2025. The company shipped 100.7 million smartphones. Its position is also significant for 2026 as realme moves under the OPPO business umbrella.
