Introducing "Stone & Knight" Co-op: IO Interactive confirmed a new cooperative mode named "Stone & Knight" for Hitman: World of Assassination, allowing two players to tackle missions together.

Playable Agent Duo Returns: Players will control Agents Stone and Knight, characters previously seen in the Hitman 2: Sniper Assassin and Hitman Sniper: The Shadows mobile games.

Rethink Assassination Strategies: The co-op mode challenges players to fundamentally rethink their stealth and elimination approaches when working as a duo, opening new strategic possibilities.

Exciting Missions Across World of Assassination: Players can expect to embark on a set of new and "exciting missions" that span various locations within the existing World of Assassination universe.

Focus on Collaborative Stealth: While specific mechanics are still under wraps, early glimpses suggest co-op will involve tasks like distracting guards and coordinated target elimination, maintaining the stealth core.

Early in Development Stage: IO Interactive stated that the co-op mode is "still early days" in its development, indicating that a release might not be immediate but more details are coming "soon."

Transition from Sniper Roles: Stone and Knight, traditionally sniper-focused, will now wield silenced pistols and possess the ability to use disguises, indicating a more traditional Hitman gameplay style for the duo.
