Proceed to Your Google Account Settings : Visit myaccount.google.com and sign in to your Google account. Then, click on 'Security' in the left sidebar.
Scroll to Third-Party Apps with Account Access. On the Security tab, scroll down to Third-party apps with account access and click on Manage third-party access.
Review the List of Connected Apps : Check the apps and services that provide access to your Gmail account or any Google services. Make a note of everything you do not recognize or no longer use.
Click on the App You Want to Remove : Click on any app you want to revoke. It will display details about what this app can access. Then, click on Remove Access to disconnect it.
Confirm and Strengthen Your Security : After you have removed all suspicious apps or those that are no longer in use, consider proceeding with enabling 2-Step Verification.
Going Forward, and Staying Secure : Only allow apps that you completely trust. If they request Gmail permissions, something seems suspicious—avoid granting access.
Take Full Control of Gmail Security : Going through third-party access occasionally is the best policy. With standard password practices and 2FA, I've got Gmail set up to protect against hackers.
