Simran Mishra

Start at the Lighthouse: The Lighthouse is the starting area in How to Fish. Use the Crab Fishing Rod to catch Rock Crab and Shrimp with the Free Lure. A Hot Dog can also catch Rock Crab and Lobster, while Spider Crab requires an Empty Beer Can.

Island 2: Forest Catches - Island 2 expands the collection with Piranha, Mackerel, Gar, Pike, Cod, Goldfish, Perch, and Triggerfish. Bait ranges from Free and Beginner Lures to a Hot Dog. Giant Piranha and The Old Pike need special boss bait.

Island 3: Desert Fish - Island 3 introduces the Standard Lure and several new species. Players can catch Angelfish, Boxfish, Catfish, Sea Urchin, Seahorse, Clownfish, Bluegill, Salmon, and Needlefish. Pufferfish needs a Carrot, while Blue Shark requires a boss lure.

Island 4: Rocks and Rare Catches - Island 4 requires the Professional Lure for regular catches. Its collection includes Parrotfish, Voxelfish, Bass, Halibut, Eel, Tigerfish, Flying Fish, Sengarat, and Red Snapper. Tuna and Albatross require special bait combinations.

Island 5: Volcano Challenge - The final island is the most dangerous area and uses the Scientific Lure. Players can find Anglerfish, Blobfish, Oarfish, Superdwarf Fish, and Stonefish. Special catches include Goblin Shark, Bowhead Whale, and Mutated Bowhead Whale.

Match the Right Bait - Fishing success depends on using the correct rod and bait for each catch. Regular species follow island-based lure progression, while bosses need dedicated lures or unusual items. Stocking the right bait before exploring can save time and failed casts.

Complete the Collection - Progress through the islands by completing quests and unlocking new coordinates. Each location brings new species, stronger lures, and tougher bosses. Keep upgrading equipment and checking every island to build a complete collection in How to Fish.
