The Garage Startup Trend

Many of today's biggest companies began in small garages with limited funding, basic equipment, and a simple vision. These humble workspaces became the starting point for businesses that later transformed industries, created millions of jobs, and inspired entrepreneurs worldwide to pursue ambitious ideas despite having very few resources.

Apple's Garage Beginning

Apple's journey started in 1976 when Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak assembled early computers in Jobs' family garage. What began as a small technology project quickly gained attention for its innovation. Today, Apple is one of the world's most valuable companies, known for products including the iPhone, Mac, and iPad.

Amazon Started Small

Amazon was launched by Jeff Bezos in 1994 from a garage in Washington. Initially operating as an online bookstore, the company focused on convenience and customer experience. Over time, Amazon expanded into multiple industries, including cloud computing, entertainment, logistics, and artificial intelligence, becoming a global e-commerce powerhouse.

Google's First Workspace

Google began in a rented garage in California in 1998 while founders Larry Page and Sergey Brin worked on improving internet search. Their mission was to organize the world's information more effectively. The company later expanded into advertising, cloud services, mobile technology, and artificial intelligence, becoming a dominant technology company.

HP's Historic Garage

Hewlett-Packard, commonly known as HP, was founded in 1939 in a small California garage. The founders developed electronic testing equipment that attracted early customers. Over the decades, HP grew into a leading technology company known for computers, printers, software solutions, and enterprise technology products used globally.

Disney's Early Days

Before becoming an entertainment giant, Walt Disney used a garage space to experiment with animation projects and creative storytelling ideas. These early efforts laid the foundation for a company that would later create iconic characters, blockbuster films, theme parks, streaming platforms, and one of the world's strongest entertainment brands.

Microsoft's Modest Start

Microsoft's early journey involved small workspaces and limited resources as Bill Gates and Paul Allen focused on software development.
