Best Dragon Ball Characters Toriyama Didn’t Create Himself

Ramola Gautam

Cooler : Toei Animation, not Toriyama, developed Cooler, who debuted in Dragon Ball: Cooler's Revenge. The aesthetic and character of Cooler's design and personality added a cool layer to the Frieza family tree as Frieza's brother.

Android 21 : Android 21 was developed by Bandai Namco for Dragon Ball FighterZ. Its design had some input from Toriyama but was not fully designed by him.

Shallot : Shallot is a Saiyan from the past, made exclusively for a mobile phone game called Dragon Ball Legends. The unique design is not directly from Toriyama.

Demigra : Demigra debuted in Dragon Ball Xenoverse, despite not leaving a lasting impression as a video game boss due to his design and extraordinary time manipulation abilities.

Mira & Towa : Mira and Towa were initially introduced in Dragon Ball Online and ultimately made it to Xenoverse. They represent a hybrid of dark science and magic.

Fu : Fu is the son of Mira and Towa and was a wildcard introduced to fans in Dragon Ball Heroes. He showcases the capability to experiment with timelines and presides over godlike powers purely for amusement - again, not a stolen creation!

Cumber : Cumber first made a lasting impression in Super Dragon Ball Heroes. Cumber presented a berserk aura, primitive looks, and raw rage, which appealed to the old, ancient Saiyan brutality.
