Rumors are flying around Vivo and its next flagship, Vivo X300 Ultra. An early preview was offered at MWC 2026. The company has not revealed full specifications, but multiple leaks and reports now paint a clearer picture of what buyers can expect.
Positioned above the standard X300 and X300 Pro, the Ultra variant may focus strongly on innovations to camera, performance upgrades, and longer-lasting battery.
Leaks reveal that Vivo plans to equip the X300 Ultra with three rear cameras, which will include two 200MP sensors. According to reports, the device will have a 200MP main camera and a 200MP periscope telephoto lens that will work together with a 50MP ultra-wide sensor.
All rear cameras could support 4K video recording at 120fps with Dolby Vision, which shows that Vivo wants to deliver professional-quality video recording functions. The front of the phone will probably have a 50MP selfie camera, which can record 4K video at both 30fps and 60fps.
Vivo X300 Ultra may run on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, paired with up to 16GB RAM and storage options reaching 1TB. The combination of these components will make the device one of the most powerful Android flagship devices, which will be released in 2026.
Display upgrades may include a 6.82-inch 2K LTPO OLED panel with a 144Hz refresh rate. The reports show that peak brightness levels can reach 4,500 nits, which will enhance outdoor visibility.
Battery capacity may see a significant jump. The leaks show that Vivo will include a 7,000mAh battery in its X300 Ultra smartphone. The device supports 100W wired charging and 40W wireless charging to minimize downtime while using its larger battery capacity.
The smartphone may also carry IP68 and IP69 certifications, offering protection against dust and water. The software package will include OriginOS 6, which operates on the Android 16 platform.
