V-Guard Industries has launched the Zivardo 100 air cooler in India, adding a high-capacity model to its summer lineup. The company has set the launch price at Rs. 13,840. Online listings show the cooler selling for around Rs. 12,999, depending on offers. The product is available on the company’s website and across major e-commerce platforms.
Zivardo 100 features a 100-litre water tank and is designed for large rooms and semi-open spaces. It delivers air at about 4000 cubic metres per hour and supports an air throw of up to 20 metres.
The cooler covers areas of up to 475 square feet. It uses three-sided honeycomb cooling pads to improve cooling efficiency and water retention. A double-ball-bearing motor powers the unit and supports long hours of operation during peak summer use.
The cooler includes a water level indicator for easy monitoring and closable louvers to control airflow and limit dust entry. The design focuses on basic functionality and ease of use. V-Guard offers a two-year warranty on the motor and pump.
Air coolers continue to have stable sales in India despite the increased competition from air conditioners, as they consume 80% less energy to operate.
