UK growth companies with high insider ownership are drawing attention as shares face pressure from global trade signals. Declines in the FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 followed soft trade data from China. This added concerns about demand and business activity.

A UK stock screener lists 63 fast-growing companies with insider ownership. Names include TEAM, Quantum Base Holdings, Optima Health, Metals Exploration, Hochschild Mining and ActiveOps. Forecast earnings growth ranges from about 25% to more than 100%. Insider ownership varies widely from about 13% to nearly 40%.

Next 15 Targets Return to Profit

Next 15 Group operates across data, technology, creative services and marketing. The AIM-listed company has a market value of about £298 million. Its largest revenue segment is marketing and communications, which generated £330.19 million. Retail media, data and research, creative services and digital transformation contribute to group sales.

Insiders own about 15.2% of the company. Analysts expect earnings to grow by about 83.5% each year. The company faces weak near-term figures. It reported a net loss of £30.24 million, while revenue has declined. Forecasts also point to an 8% annual fall in revenue. Even so, analysts expect the business to return to profit within three years.

The company’s auditor raised “going concern” doubts. However, insiders have bought a modest number of shares. The purchases increased insider exposure while the share price trades below estimated fair value. The buying activity remains limited and does not remove pressure from lower sales.

Foresight Posts Stronger Profit

Foresight Group Holdings manages infrastructure and private equity assets in the UK and overseas. The company has a market value of about £521 million. Its real assets division generated £114.81 million in revenue, while private equity produced £50.11 million. The group operates in Italy, Ireland, Spain, Luxembourg and Australia.

Insiders hold 35.7% of Foresight shares. Analysts expect revenue to rise by 10.2% a year and earnings to increase by 16.2% annually. Both forecasts exceed UK market estimates. Recent accounts showed net profit rising to £42.83 million from £33.25 million, giving it a stronger earnings base.

Meanwhile, the company has returned cash through share repurchases. Its buyback programme reached £9.6 million. Filings showed no large insider purchases or sales. Foresight also trades below its estimated fair value and at a lower valuation than some industry peers. Its profit growth differs from companies dependent on recovery.

Mortgage Advice Bureau Grows Revenue

Mortgage Advice Bureau provides advice on mortgages, protection products and general insurance. The London-listed group has a market value of about £302 million. Its financial services operations generated £317.62 million in revenue. The company serves customers through its UK adviser network and business partners.

Insiders own 18.4% of the company. Forecasts place annual earnings growth at 18.1%, above the wider UK market rate. Revenue reached £160 million in the first half of 2026, up 8% from the same period a year earlier. The increase reflects higher activity across its mortgage and insurance advice operations and stronger demand across its wider adviser network.

Additionally, company insiders have bought shares in recent months, although the purchases were small. Mortgage Advice Bureau has also recently joined the FTSE All-Share Index. Analyst estimates point to further share price gains, though the company currently trades above some fair value measures. Revenue growth forecasts trail the expected pace of earnings growth.
