Truecaller Post-Call Actions Turn Verified Calls into One-Tap Business Tasks

Truecaller launched post-call actions on September 7, 2026, expanding its enterprise suite for safer business communication. The Stockholm-based company targets last-mile delivery first, helping consumers complete tasks after verified business calls through branded action cards.

The new feature places relevant actions inside Truecaller immediately after a verified call ends, removing extra steps for customers. Delivery customers can reschedule slots, confirm availability, share precise locations, or authorize safe drops without searching for external links.

Truecaller post-call actions trigger through a branded card that appears when a verified business call finishes. The approach keeps the next service step within the same trusted communication screen.

The feature could help customers act even when unanswered calls previously created missed delivery slots or repeated instructions. The rollout starts with delivery services before expanding into broader financial workflows.

Truecaller plans to extend post-call actions toward banking, financial services, and insurance, where trusted workflows could reduce fraud risks. Customers could pay dues, request callbacks, complete pending KYC steps, or confirm transactions from the same verified screen.

For financial services, verified business calls create an additional trust layer before customers handle sensitive payments, KYC, or transactions. The approach could reduce confusion around suspicious links and impersonation attempts during sensitive customer interactions.

Businesses also gain a clearer measure of call success, shifting attention from pickup rates toward completed customer actions. The model could reduce dependence on SMS links, app downloads, and abandoned IVR queues during customer interactions.

Priyam Bose, Global Head, GTM, Truecaller for Business, highlighted the shift from calls toward completed customer tasks. “Post-call actions resolve this. The delivery gets rescheduled, the bill gets paid, the KYC gets done,” Bose said.

The Truecaller enterprise suite now moves beyond caller identification toward connected business communication and immediate service completion. The rollout gives verified business calls a more practical role after conversations end.
