Titan Company is getting ready to announce its first-quarter results for FY2026-27. Investors are now awaiting the company's announcement of the board meeting date. This meeting will review the earnings for the quarter that ended on June 30, 2026.
Titan has closed its trading window for designated persons and their close relatives. The trading window closed on June 23, 2026. It will stay shut until 48 hours after the board meets to approve the Q1 FY27 results. This step follows SEBI rules on insider trading.
The company has not fixed the exact date for the board meeting yet. It says the date will be shared separately. Last year offers a useful reference point. The Q1 FY26 results came out on August 7, 2025, after a business update in early July. Titan may follow a similar pattern this time.
Titan has performed well recently. In Q4 FY26, the company posted a consolidated total income of Rs. 20,300 crore. This marks a 46% jump from the same quarter last year. Profit after tax rose 35% to Rs. 1,179 crore. For the full year, revenue grew 33% to Rs. 76,078 crore. Annual profit after tax touched Rs. 5,073 crore.
The board had also recommended a final dividend of Rs. 15 per equity share for FY26. The record date for this dividend is July 9, 2026. Shareholders can expect payment on or after July 28, 2026, once it gets approval at the 42nd Annual General Meeting on July 27, 2026.
There have been some changes at the top too. Three non-executive directors nominated by co-promoter TIDCO stepped down in June 2026, and a new chairman has since taken over.
The trading window remains closed for now. Market watchers are keeping an eye on jewelry demand, especially with gold prices running high. Once Titan confirms the board meeting date, more details will follow on the earnings call timing. Investors will also look out for management's comments on demand trends, margins, and the outlook for the rest of FY27.
