A recent significant leak has revealed the full specifications of Samsung Galaxy Watch just days before its launch. The lineup includes Galaxy Watch 8, Galaxy Watch 8 Classic, and Galaxy Watch Ultra 2. 

These new models boast premium designs and feature upgraded hardware and software. All three watches feature a modern circle-on-squircle design, incorporating several enhancements in performance and user-friendliness. They are expected to be launched on July 9, 2025.

Which Chipset is Used in New Samsung Galaxy Watches?

Leaks suggest that all the new Samsung Galaxy Watches are powered by a 3nm Exynos W1000 chipset, promising effective performance with better power efficiency. Each watch is provided with 2GB of RAM, ensuring smooth multitasking. Storage also gets a boost, with: 

  • 32GB on Galaxy Watch 8 and Watch 8 Classic

  • 64GB on the Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 


The watches run Wear OS 6 with One UI 8 Watch, and long-term support is expected from Samsung with at least four big OS updates to be received.
