Reliance Jio is offering free Netflix subscriptions with several prepaid and postpaid recharge plans priced below Rs. 2,000. The plans combine OTT access with daily data, unlimited calling and other bundled services.
Telecom companies are increasingly tying streaming subscriptions to recharge plans as mobile entertainment consumption continues to rise across India.
Jio’s Rs. 1,299 prepaid plan is the cheapest option that includes Netflix access. The recharge offers a Netflix Mobile subscription, 2GB daily data, unlimited voice calls and 100 SMS per day.
The plan comes with 84 days validity and includes access to JioTV, JioCinema and JioCloud. Users receive a total of 168GB data during the validity period.
The Rs. 1,799 prepaid plan offers a Netflix Basic subscription with 3GB daily data, unlimited calls and 100 SMS per day. The validity is available for 84 days.
Users subscribing to this pack receive a total data pack of 252GB. The Netflix Basic plan supports streaming on more devices compared to the mobile-only version.
Jio’s Rs. 749 postpaid family plan includes Netflix Basic, 100GB monthly data, unlimited calls and SMS benefits. The recharge also bundles Amazon Prime Lite and allows multiple family connections under one account.
The Rs. 1,549 postpaid plan targets users with higher data usage. It includes Netflix access, 300GB monthly data, unlimited calling and additional bundled benefits.

Streaming platforms have become a major part of telecom recharge strategies. Operators now compete through bundled services alongside regular data and calling benefits.
For users, these plans reduce the need to pay separately for OTT subscriptions every month. Netflix is one of the most in-demand streaming platforms bundled with telecom recharges.
Subscribers can activate their Netflix subscription through the MyJio app or Jio’s official website after recharging with eligible plans. Existing Netflix users can also link their current accounts with the bundled offer.
