Chinese smartphone brand realme has introduced a Harry Potter-themed version of the realme 16 Pro, bringing Hogwarts-inspired design, customized software, and collectible accessories to the phone. The special edition has been developed with Warner Bros.
The launch marks realme’s second collaboration with Warner Bros. The company previously released a limited-edition Game of Thrones version of the realme 15 Pro, featuring Targaryen-inspired design.
The first batch of the Harry Potter edition sold out within minutes. realme has since made a second batch available through its website. The phone is listed at around USD 657.
realme 16 Pro Harry Potter Edition comes in a ‘Magic Brown’ finish, with an argyle pattern and leather-like texture. A gold Hogwarts crest sits at the center of the rear panel.
The company says the crest uses the world’s first quadra light-sensing color-changing technology, changing under ultraviolet light to display the four house colors.
It is 8.47mm thick, with gold camera and frame accents. A laser-engraved ‘Welcome To Hogwarts’ message runs across its frame. The packaging is a Hogwarts-crested leather suitcase. It contains an acceptance letter, book list, train ticket, character postcards, four house-crest bookmarks, and a crest pin.
The pin unlocks Harry Potter-themed realme Buds T500 Pro earbuds. It includes a case, charger, USB cable, SIM ejector tool, and guide. The software features a Hogwarts castle wallpaper, themed boot animation, Harry Potter fingerprint effect, and redesigned icons, logos, and fonts for 30 applications.

Other specifications include a 6.78-inch 144Hz AMOLED display, 6,500-nits peak brightness, and HDR10+ support. The device runs on MediaTek’s Dimensity 7300 Max 5G chipset and an ARM Mali-G615 GPU, with gaming support up to 120 frames per second. It packs a 7,000mAh battery with 80W USB-C and bypass charging.
