Realme is back in the spotlight with the teaser drop of its upcoming 15 series smartphones for the Indian market. The brand is yet to reveal a launch date. Official teasers confirm that Realme 15 5G and Realme 15 Pro 5G are ‘coming soon.’ With new AI-focused branding and premium hardware tipped, let’s take a quick look at what users can expect.
The teaser, tweeted on X, is accompanied by the tagline: Everything Plus, Now in Pro. They follow this up by giving it the intriguing label of an ‘AI Party Phone’. Although Realme has not explained the feature set, this suggests that it has AI-enabled capabilities. This could include camera aspects, smart UI tweaks, or battery and performance management.
The ‘Plus’ hint implies that characteristics previously reserved for Realme’s more expensive versions can now make their debut in the Pro model. This is a welcome development for mid-tier purchasers and users.
As per initial leaks, the Realme 15 Pro (model RMX5101) will probably be available in four options. These vary from 8GB RAM + 128GB storage to 12GB RAM + 512GB storage. This makes the device one of the performance-oriented phones in its segment.
The chipset should be the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4, which would provide a significant boost in power and efficiency. Camera specifications remain a secret, though it is reported that there will be a triple rear camera setup. Fueling all this should be a 6300mAh battery, one of the largest found on Realme’s number series family.
An official launch date is yet to be announced by Realme. However, with teasers teased out and no announcement made in June. Through this, a launch sometime in July and maybe even early August seems probable.
The gap in terms of time length between the Pro part of the Realme 14 and this rumored lineup would be slightly over six months. This shows that Realme is sharpening its cycle for product refresh.

If what the leaks say is true, then the Realme 15 series might mark a huge leap for the mid-range phones in India, especially with AI capabilities being added and a strong battery brought along in its cape. But since Realme is yet to announce any specifications, maybe holding onto your decision until the launch seems best.
