The POCO F9 Ultra is moving closer to its expected launch after appearing on Geekbench. The listing reveals key hardware details of the upcoming flagship, including Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor and 16GB of RAM.
The smartphone is listed under model number 26077PC53G in the Geekbench listing. It reportedly scored 2,980 points in the single-core test and 10,030 points in the multi-core test on Geekbench 7. The listing also mentions Android 16.
The Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset is expected to position the POCO F9 Ultra as a high-performance flagship. The processor comes with Qualcomm’s Oryon CPU architecture and is designed for demanding workloads, including gaming, artificial intelligence tasks, and intensive multitasking.
The Geekbench listing also mentions an Adreno 840 GPU alongside the Snapdragon chipset. While benchmark scores offer an early indication of performance, actual results can vary depending on software optimization and thermal conditions.
Previous reports suggested that the POCO F9 Ultra could share its core platform with the Redmi K100 Pro Max, which is also expected to use the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. The latest Geekbench appearance adds weight to those reports.
The Geekbench listing also points to a 16GB RAM configuration for the POCO F9 Ultra. The device reportedly showed around 14.68GB of available RAM, with the remaining memory reserved for the operating system and other functions.
A 16GB RAM configuration could help with demanding games, on-device AI applications, and heavy multitasking. While flagship smartphones already offer similar memory capacities, the Geekbench listing provides stronger evidence that POCO could bring a 16GB version of the F9 Ultra.
Not every variant may feature 16GB RAM, but the top-end version is expected to carry this configuration.

The POCO F9 Ultra could feature a 6.85-inch OLED display with up to an 185Hz refresh rate, a 200MP triple-camera system, an 8,050mAh battery, 100W wired charging, and up to 512 GB of storage. These specifications remain subject to official confirmation.
POCO is yet to announce the phone’s launch date, regional availability, or retail price. Recent reports suggest that the POCO F9 Pro and F9 Ultra could arrive in the coming weeks as global-market counterparts to Xiaomi’s Redmi K100 series.
One report also indicated a starting European price of around €999 for the F9 Ultra, although POCO is yet to confirm the figure. Final pricing in India and other markets could vary based on taxes, duties, storage options, and regional pricing strategies.
