Pine Labs has partnered with Stripe to simplify online and in-store payments for retailers in Singapore. The new solution launches in November 2026 and allows eligible businesses to manage both payment channels through one platform.

The partnership brings together Stripe's online payment services and Pine Labs' payment machines. Retailers can accept online payments through Stripe and card payments at physical stores through Pine Labs terminals. The companies also plan to bring the service to other Southeast Asian markets in 2027.

The new platform aims to solve common payment problems for retailers. Many businesses use different providers for online shopping and physical store payments. This can make it harder to track transactions, manage reports and check payments. It can also increase daily operating costs.

Retailers can access installment plans from multiple banks and financial providers. They can also offer loyalty payments, pay-by-points options and special discounts. Pine Labs will also provide digital marketing tools to help businesses reach more customers.

The payment terminals will support card, QR code and contactless payments. The companies will present the new solution at Singapore Fintech Festival 2026.

Pine Labs Expands its Global Presence

The partnership also supports Pine Labs' plans to grow its business outside India. The company served 11.6 lakh merchants in Q2 FY27, marking 13% growth from the previous year. It currently operates across more than 22 markets.

Pine Labs also reported strong financial growth in the September quarter. Its net profit increased more than six times to Rs. 38.6 crore from Rs. 6 crore last year. Operating revenue also grew 24% year over year to Rs. 806.2 crore.

The fintech company offers services across merchant payments, payment processing, issuing and credit infrastructure. Its latest partnership with Stripe strengthens its presence in Singapore and supports its plans to reach more Southeast Asian markets.
