LG will launch its upcoming LG Gram laptops at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2026. This new lineup is a major milestone in the evolution and innovation of ultra-light devices, with a focus on utilizing AI to enhance productivity.
The event will highlight the legacy of portability that the Gram line has maintained over the years. The latest models will also feature advanced hardware specifically designed for creative professionals on the go.
The key feature of LG’s 2026 Gram laptops is ‘Aerominum,’ a newly developed ultra-lightweight material. According to the company, this new material eliminates the challenge of balancing product weight and durability. The latest lineup has a superior metallic look, with very lightweight yet strong products, further justifying the ‘Gram’ brand’s portability.
“The 2026 LG Gram is another achievement in our journey of over a decade in realizing ultimate portability,” said Lee Choong-Hwoan, Head of the TV Business at LG Electronics, while emphasizing the perfect combination of design and strength.
The 2026 roster also places strong emphasis on advanced dual AI, enabling AI capabilities in both the cloud and on machines. The models also support Microsoft Copilot+ PCs and LG’s gram chat On-Device AI.
The laptops run EXAONE 3.5 and provide users with fast, private assistance from artificial intelligence, even without internet connectivity. The devices are ideal for handling tasks such as content creation, research, and multitasking.

The system features a 17-inch WQXGA (2,560 x 1,600) display and runs on a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5050 laptop-class GPU with 8GB of GDDR7 memory.
On the other hand, LG gram Pro 16 has a 16-inch WQXGA+ (2,880 x 1,800) OLED panel and is powered by Intel Core Ultra processors. This ensures a lag-free multitasking experience. With enhanced processors and an emphasis on lightweight robustness, the 2026 gram series is a strong contender in the high-end productivity laptops market.
