Eloelo Group, the parent company of Story TV, has launched an AI studio called Dolphin AI. Founder and CEO Saurabh Pandey unveiled it during his keynote at FICCI FRAMES 2026 in Mumbai on September 29.

The tool can turn an idea or a script into a finished video. Eloelo says it built Dolphin AI to give creators complete video production in one place. Prithul Kumar, Joint Secretary at the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, opened the company's Dolphin AI booth at the event.

What the Tool Does & What the CEO Said

Most AI video tools struggle to go past 8 to 10 seconds before the clip loses its context. Dolphin AI aims to fix this. It reads the creative intent, splits a longer video into shots and tasks, and keeps the story consistent across them. It brings together multi-shot planning, voice generation, editing tools, and film studio features.

The idea came from Eloelo's own work. The company has produced more than 5,000 original dramas and tests over 100,000 creatives every month. Pandey said Dolphin "came from solving our own production problems at that scale."

He also believes AI will change how much content the world sees. "I firmly believe AI is going to lead to a world of infinite content," he said. He hopes India moves from being a top consumer of content to a top exporter.

More to know

Dolphin AI is open to creators, filmmakers, brands and studios. It can make social media videos, tutorials, D2C ads and micro-dramas. It can also handle podcasts, cinematic films, AI avatars and animation.

Eloelo says the tool will help smaller teams and solo creators make high-quality videos at lower cost. It also plans to support many languages and formats, which suits India's mix of languages and storytelling styles.

The company began as a live-streaming and social app in 2020. With Dolphin AI, it now enters the fast-growing market for AI video tools.
