Rockstar Games released GTA 6’s extended look on August 27, revealing Vice City’s wider life and gameplay. The 26-minute video followed Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos across Leonida, ahead of the November 19 launch.

The company released the footage on Netflix before making it available on YouTube and the official GTA website. It focused on missions, robberies, combat, driving, police chases and everyday activities across Vice City.

GTA 6’s extended look shows how Jason and Lucia work together during crimes and regular moments. While one character drives, the other handles weapons during dangerous missions and police pursuits.

Rockstar also showed the pair spending time together before returning to criminal activities across the city. The footage ran entirely on PlayStation 5, highlighting Rockstar’s push toward a more reactive open world.

Robberies received major attention, with restaurants and stores becoming potential targets during missions. Jason and Lucia can also steal vehicles through window breaking, slim jims, and digital key cloning.

Police searches appear more detailed as officers track vehicles, clothing, and suspect appearances during pursuits. Changing vehicles and outfits offer additional ways to escape after criminal activities.

Combat footage shows cover shooting, close-range fights, and slow-motion effects after certain headshots. Damaged vehicles also react differently during chases, including tyre damage that affects control.

Vice City offers more than crime, with boating, kayaking, diving, basketball, racing, clubbing and workouts. Snapmatic also added an in-game social feed, while NPCs show varied interactions with people and animals.

Rockstar confirmed GTA 6 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S on November 19, 2026. The Standard edition costs Rs. 5,999, while the Ultimate edition is expected to be Rs. 7,499 in India.
