Godzilla is ready to create some chaos in Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds. Well, players can’t race as the monster, but still, it's part of the race. SEGA has released a new Godzilla Pack that brings three monster-themed vehicles to the game. Players can race with the Godzilla Cruiser, King Ghidorah Coupe, and Mothra Surf.
The DLC also adds a new track called Godzilla Escape. Here, players must race while avoiding the destruction caused by the giant monster. The pack also includes three new music tracks that can be played through the in-game Jukebox. It is part of Season Pass Two. Players who own the Year Two Digital Deluxe Edition or Season Pass Two can get it. Others can buy the pack separately. The Godzilla Pack costs USD 5.99.
Along with the new content, the update brings a limited-time Godzilla Festival. This event is scheduled to run in Japan from November 5 to November 15. According to the official announcement, the event presents players with an opportunity to join one of the three teams and compete against others.
These online races will help them earn points based on the position they finish in and whether they have completed the special tasks. These points can then help them unlock rewards such as stickers and horns for their vehicles. This gives players more reasons to join races and take part in the event.
Games often bring limited-time events, and they often help the titles bring back players who left the game. These events bring new content and goals for gamers to complete, which makes multiplayer games more fun. These events give them a reason to launch the game again.
The Godzilla Festival follows the same idea. Its team races and special rewards could help keep players interested in the game. With new vehicles, a fresh track, and team-based races, the Godzilla Pack gives Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds plenty of new content to enjoy.
