Dhurandhar, the Indian spy thriller starring Ranveer Singh, is set to make its digital debut after a successful theatrical run. Released on December 5, 2025, the film drew significant attention during its time in cinemas. Viewers who missed the big-screen experience will soon be able to stream Dhurandhar on Netflix.
According to multiple media reports, Dhurandhar is set to premiere on Netflix on January 30. As per data tracker Sacnilk, the makers have locked one of the most lucrative digital deals ever for a Hindi film, underlining the project’s sustained commercial pull.
The agreement between the producers and Netflix is being described as a landmark in the Hindi film industry. As per reports, the streaming giant is said to have purchased the OTT rights of both Dhurandhar and its sequel, Dhurandhar 2, for a total of about Rs. 130 crore in a combined deal. This marks the biggest digital deal of Ranveer Singh’s career so far.
Directed by Aditya Dhar, Dhurandhar has delivered impressive numbers at the ticket window. The spy thriller has collected Rs. 826.41 crore nett in India to date, while its global box office haul has crossed Rs. 1,283.5 crore gross. The action thriller continues to hold firm despite multiple new releases entering theatres.

Success has paved the way for Dhurandhar 2, which will see Ranveer Singh return as Hamza Ali Mazhari. The new installment also features Arjun Rampal, R Madhavan, Danish Pandor, Sara Arjun, Saumya Tandon, Rakesh Bedi, and Gaura Gera, among others. The sequel is slated to release on March 19 and is anticipated to recreate the box office effect of the first movie, if not exceed it.
Dhurandhar is going for a strong theatrical run and an important OTT launch, showing no signs of getting tired.
