Krafton has confirmed that the new BGMI 4.1 update will begin rolling out on November 12 and 13, 2025, for both Android and iOS players. The update will be released in parts to ensure a seamless experience.
For Android, the rollout starts at 6:30 AM IST for 30% of players, expands to half the players by 9:30 AM, and reaches everyone by the evening. For iOS, the rollout starts at 9:30 AM IST and will be completed by the end of the day.
The BGMI update adds many fun and creative changes. The new winter mode, named Frosty Funland, features a map filled with snow, new areas to loot, and rewards based on time. Players can explore the newly introduced Penguin Town, a fascinating area situated on the map of Erangel and packed with secret surprises.
Several new items will make matches more exciting. The Ice Gadgets can make enemies slip or help players move faster using flamethrower-like tools. The Fin Tuna Syringe heals faster and gives a short speed boost. The update also allows players to pick up loot while knocked down or even from moving vehicles, a small but powerful change that will help in tough fights.
