Amazon is expanding its personal AI business with two new devices from Bee. The company has introduced Bee Frontier, a wearable device priced at USD 74.99, and Bee Eclipse, a smartphone attachment priced at USD 99.99. Both products help users capture conversations, organize tasks and remember important details. The launch also brings new integrations with Amazon’s shopping platform and Alexa+.
Bee Frontier is designed for users who want an AI assistant throughout the day. It can be worn on the wrist or clipped to clothing. The device features dual microphones, noise filtering, IP67 water resistance and up to seven days of battery life. It also supports USB-C charging and comes in Onyx, Lavender and Sage.
Bee Eclipse offers an alternative for users who prefer not to wear a separate device. The credit-card-sized gadget attaches magnetically to the back of a smartphone and offers more than 21 days of battery life.
It will be available in Silver, Midnight, Honey and Blush. Amazon has not announced a specific release date for the Eclipse. Users can also review details from meetings, lectures and personal discussions without relying entirely on memory.
Bee also connects with Gmail, Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook. These integrations allow it to identify action items, draft follow-up emails and create calendar invitations based on conversations.
Users can access their summaries through the Bee mobile app and a new desktop application. Bee can request conversation summaries, reminders and to-do lists through compatible Echo devices.
The launch marks Amazon’s latest move into personal AI hardware. However, the devices’ appeal will depend on how reliably they capture important details and whether users feel comfortable using conversation-recording technology in everyday settings.
