Reliance Jio is offering a new plan that provides select users with 18 months of complimentary access to Google’s Gemini Pro plan. Priced around Rs 35,100, the premium bundle provides advanced AI tools, creative utilities, and 2TB of cloud storage under a single subscription. Announced in late October, the partnership has now started appearing for its eligible customers within the MyJio app across India.
The offer is being rolled out in stages. At present, it is accessible to Jio users aged 18 to 25 years who are on the operator’s Unlimited 5G plans of Rs 349 or more. The users are receiving notifications on the MyJio app saying, ‘Pro plan of Google Gemini has been activated on your number.’
Users can also verify the subscription in the Google One app, which lists the Gemini plan being managed by Jio.
Under this partnership, Jio subscribers get free access to various features of Google AI, including Gemini 2.5 Pro, Nano Banana, and Veo 3.1, among others. Besides this, there is also 2TB of cloud storage for the subscribers via Google One.
Such a decision coincides with Jio’s aim to make AI accessible to everyone. The company integrates the best technology from Google with a large 5G network and various other services.
Users who meet the conditions can activate the plan through the MyJio application by following these steps:
Launch the MyJio application.
Click on the Google Gemini offer banner located on your home screen.
Select ‘Know more’ or ‘Claim now.’
Log in with a Gmail account if asked.
Receive your confirmation and immediately begin using Gemini Pro features.

The offer will be in place until the users with the corresponding Jio Unlimited 5G plan remain active. If they change their network or plan to a different one, their access to the feature could be revoked. Users will have varying access times since it is a gradual rollout process.
This offer is the first step in making high-quality AI tools accessible to Indian users, combining the strengths of Jio's connectivity and Google's AI innovation.
