Written By : Disha Ganguli

Accenture has exercised a lot on unlocking the AI and human potential by bringing them into collaborations. This is an incessant experiment that has never brought them disappointment. But what was human versus AI initially, is now Human+AI.

However, stepping into the years that witnessed troubled times, Accenture continues to experiment the merge of human and artificial intelligence that can transform workplaces for good. In the year 2021, it has experimented on how to resolve the issue of machines taking over humans. Accenture has realized the risk it holds for the less or unskilled employees because machines are surpassing humans readily and this can lead to unemployment.

Diarmuhid Cahalane, the AI tech  researcher in Accenture, unveils their new experiment where they  have devised out solutions to create jobs for their existing employees, taking care of the risk where machines are likely to take over them by merging Human workforce with AI workforce.

As a result, they have discovered new pathways and roads to new prospects which would have remained concealed forever, states Cahalane.  They  discovered that the employees co-working with their AI employees were able to teach and train them about their roles. The human employees gained more insights, clarities and accuracies about their job roles.

This result drove in employee up-skilling, customer feedback improvement which are the primary objectives of any promising company.

The new experiment of human and AI collaboration has served as inspiration for  many other companies to stylize their business values for good  without having to worry about recession any more.
