One of the most simple yet comprehensive cheat sheets for JavaScript that I have seen is the JS CheatSheet. This is one of my favorite resources because each snippet is explained with an example, even though JS also contains many excellent references.
On the internet, there are countless HTML reference materials and cheat sheets. However, this website is quite helpful because it goes into great detail about each tag and code. Although I'm sure you have a separate cheat sheet, I've bookmarked this one.
