Lead development of customer-facing observability products, enabling insights into AI and data workloads.
Build large-scale infrastructure processing billions of entries daily across 65+ cloud regions worldwide.
Drive integration with tools in the data warehousing ecosystem to improve interoperability.
Mentor engineers, guiding career growth and contributions to observability platforms.
Define, execute, and iterate on milestones from the observability roadmap in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
6+ years of production experience in Java, Scala, Python, C++, or similar languages.
Strong background with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Proven expertise in building and operating distributed systems at scale.
Solid foundation in engineering best practices, including security, correctness, and operational excellence.
Ability to build platforms for other teams, ensuring usability and adoption.
Experience in DevOps, FinOps, SecOps, or AIOps systems at enterprise scale.
Platform-first mindset with proven ability to reduce adoption friction.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience scaling systems for global enterprise customers.
