Create machine learning and statistical models and methods that use Google Cloud Supply Chain and Operations data too . recognize anomalies, predict trends, make classifications, and optimize processes.
Conduct exploratory data analysis, contribute to the design and construction of models, and showcase investigative projects that illustrate how to structure projects going forward.
Prioritize and scope work items, select and apply analysis methods, and improve data infrastructure
when necessary.
Recognize project scope and nature/quality of data, and inform escalation when needed.
Articulate and communicate insights, tendencies, and semantics, and present articulable findings and consulting recommendations.
Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Operations Research, Engineering, or related quantitative field, which may include equivalent experience.
Five (5) years' experience in applying analytics for product or business purposes, with experience representing work as statistical analysis, and through code in (python, R, SQL), and/or any kind of querying of databases; or three (3) years' experience with a PhD.
8 years of experience in applying analytics to solve product or business problems, performing statistical analysis, coding in (Python, R, SQL), or querying databases, or 6 years of experience with a PhD.
Strong knowledge of data, metrics, analysis, trends, measurement, statistics, and program evaluation.
Able to learn Supply Chain Operations.
Strong ability to solve problems and exercise business judgment.
