Hire and lead a team of outstanding software engineers focused on AI and data observability solutions.
Establish and maintain high technical standards through architectural reviews, testing strategies, and engineering excellence practices.
Partner with product and engineering leadership to define and deliver on a long-term roadmap for observability platforms.
Build a scalable data infrastructure processing billions of entries daily across 65+ cloud regions worldwide.
Coordinate execution and collaborate across teams to ensure the success of cross-cutting initiatives.
10+ years of experience in building and scaling large-scale distributed systems.
Strong background in observability practices, including monitoring, SLAs, and system reliability.
Proven track record as a Software Engineering Leader, with experience growing and mentoring teams.
Expertise in building platforms for software teams, driving adoption, and enabling developer productivity.
BS or higher in Computer Science, or related field.
Experience leading high-performance engineering teams within global AI/data infrastructure companies.
Deep understanding of DevOps, FinOps, SecOps, and AIOps systems at enterprise scale.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, customer-obsessed environments.
