As a Data Scientist Lead - L1 at Wipro, you will be required to:
Define, architect, and lead development of machine learning and AI solutions for enterprise clients.
Work with sales, pre-sales and consulting to build solutions, proof-of-concepts and demand-generation approaches.
Build and operationalize machine learning and deep learning models to automate and augment decisions.
Collaborate with ML engineers and IT teams to ensure their deployment and performance.
Recruit, train, conduct performance reviews, and organize engagement activities for your team.
5-8 years of experience in machine learning and artificial intelligence, preferably with a strong ML Ops background.
Demonstrable experience with designing and deploying scalable ML/DL Models.
Must possess strong leadership qualities to build and mentor the data science team.
Must have experience implementing performance management tools in the enterprise.
Background in Consulting and/or transformation experience.
Experience with deep learning, cloud ML deployments and/or enterprise data architecture.
Ability to orchestrate a collaborative shared ownership team environment across multi-disciplinary teams, while being able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
