DataRobot is hiring for a Customer-Facing Data Scientist in India to help businesses across sectors create value for their clients with AI and Machine Learning. In this Customer Facing Data Scientist role, you will help organizations frame problems, prepare data, build models, and deploy solutions using the DataRobot platform. The ideal candidate will have 4–5+ years of data science experience, proficiency in either Python or R language, and a proven history of working directly with business stakeholders and driving successful AI adoption with them.

Provide support to customers through the entire customer lifecycle, starting in pre-sales, and as an active client of DataRobot.
Serve as a trusted AI advisor for customers, guiding them through complete data science workflows using DataRobot.
Represent DataRobot during pre-sales processes, lead demonstrations, assess use cases, support trials, and define success factors.
Work closely with Sales, Account Management, and Field Engineering teams to help customers achieve their desired outcomes with DataRobot.
Internally advocate for the customer and voice of the customer with Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
4-5+ years of real-world business experience in a data science role.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a quantitative subject.
Hands-on experience building and implementing machine learning or AI models.
Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure that machine learning solutions deliver successfully on business outcomes.
Strong customer interaction experience.
Strong project management skills.
Excellent organizational, communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with a variety of technical tools for the manipulation of data.
Fluency with scripting in Python or R (preferably both).
Advanced degree.
Familiarity with consultative sales processes in the analytics marketplace.
Familiarity with data platform technology integrations.
Experience dealing with complex customer organizations.
