Adobe is hiring a Computer Scientist 2 (Agentic AI) for its Bengaluru office. This full-time position is part of the Gen AI Experiences team within the Adobe Experience Platform. The role focuses on developing and scaling AI-powered backend services that drive next-generation customer experiences across Adobe’s digital products. Candidates will work closely with AI scientists, engineers, and product teams to bring Generative AI capabilities like Agentic AI to life for thousands of enterprise customers worldwide.

The primary responsibility for this position involves:
Creating, developing, and improving backend and API systems utilizing the Python programming language for use in creating AI technology using generative methods.
Providing support to machine learning engineers to make their machine learning solutions available at scale through commercial production.
Create and maintain systems that process data in real-time and on a batch basis.
Assist in developing and deploying AI technology from experimentation through subsequent phases of deployment and monitoring to ensure optimal function and performance of systems in a cloud-native environment.
Education: Must have either a Bachelor's level degree or a Master's level degree in Computer Science or Engineering or similar fields.
Highly Preferred Background: 8+ years of developing, managing, and sustaining backend systems utilizing the Python programming language.
Knowledge: Must have a strong background in algorithm development; data structure design, and Distributed Systems Development.
Skills: High-level proficiency with ML libraries, e.g., FastAPI, Flask, Django, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn etc. Proficiency with and applicable work experience in usage of Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Airflow and other similar tools. Significant experience working in one or more of the three major cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Ability: A strong enthusiasm for Generative and Agentic AI technology development and innovation.
