The Assistant Vice President of Data Analytics Solutions is part of the CCOR Data Science team, building GenAI-based compliance and risk analytics solutions. The team will utilize existing data and analytics tools, including Python, Tableau, Alteryx, and LLMs, to create dashboards, automate workflows, and transform the way Compliance is monitored across the firm.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Design and implement automation/analytical solutions using Python, Alteryx, Tableau & LLMs for solutions related to compliance and risk management.

  • Design and develop dashboards to give users actionable insights, and apply those insights in a way to support well-informed decision making. 

  • Design and develop solutions using tools like Python and Alteryx to automate monitoring and testing for teams (teams within compliance). 

  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions and implement them. 

  • Analytically minded and strong problem solver who can analyze complex data sets. 

  • Present complex technical aspects or technical details to stakeholders in a straightforward way, and provide training on the tool to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in order to promote proficiency.

  • Develop relevant documentation and encourage the creation of the guidelines to develop standardization processes and stewardship of solutions.

  • Research best practices and stay current with trends and technologies a way to consider compliance and risk management in an innovative way.

  • Facilitate workshops and user meetings to garner feedback and learning opportunities, and to validate that the solution meets business processes and deliverables. 

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar subject area, from a recognized university.

  • At least 8+ years of experience with designing automation & analytical solutions, with more recent experience with LLMs.

  • Skills in tools such as Python, Alteryx, Tableau & LLMs.

  • Adept at Performance tuning of complex SQL sources.

  • Exposure to solutions leveraging Agent AI is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate ideas and results.
