As an Artificial Intelligence Transformation Consultant, candidate will work on
Work with the C-suite level representatives to help them define what their top-performing areas will be when implementing AI technology to help them achieve their desired goals/results.
Create and develop AI-based user operational models that are easy for clients to use while simultaneously providing companies with increased profitability/effectiveness.
Lead the transition to Google Cloud's Gemini and Workspace-based Cloud Transformation initiatives using Google AI products.
Partnering with security/compliance teams to ensure that data protection, privacy and compliance with all legalities are done properly.
Oversee many Project Management Teams, while providing support to organizations going through the change management process to help ensure the success of all solution implementations.
A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
8+ years of experience in consulting or digital transformation, including interaction with clients.
Demonstrated ability to create transformation plans, estimate P&L impact, and implement cloud & AI technology across an enterprise.
Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
Experience with Technology Transformation Management and Resistance Management Strategies within an organisation.
Knowledge of Strategy, Platform Configuration, Migration Planning.
Demonstrated Strong Analytical Skills to assess adoption metrics and business results.
Thorough Knowledge of Google Workspace/Collaboration Platforms or similar.
Strong Communication Skills and Stakeholder Management Skills.
