Key Responsibilities:

• Establishing the architecture and design of global-scale model serving, inference, and management systems for machine learning applications.

• Developing low-latency and high-throughput model deployment pipelines that support real-time AI processes.

• Working with engineering, data science, and product teams to establish and deliver AI capabilities to customers.

• Driving the adoption of advanced MLOps practices for automation, governance, and monitoring, through collaboration with internal teams.

• Mentoring engineering teams, while establishing long-term platform strategies.

• Innovating model delivery (e.g., through observability) and reliability of large-scale machine learning models.

Minimum Qualifications:

• More than 15 years of experience in software engineering, with more than 7 years of experience in artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) system design, development, and deployment.

• Strong programming experience in either Python, Java, C++, or GoLang.

• A deep understanding of the machine learning infrastructure used for training and deploying LLMs (language model networks), Vector Databases.

• Working Experience with Serving Frameworks for Large-scale Deployment of ML Models (e.g. use TorchServe/TensorFlow Serving/NVIDIA Triton).

• Demonstrated Leadership Ability in Designing Distributed Systems and Building Machine Learning Pipelines for Large-scale ML Deployments.

• Strong Communication Skills as well as Analytical Skills to Solve Problems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Contributions to the MLOps Community or Communities focused on Developing MLOps or AI Infrastructure.

• Published Papers/Patents Relating to the Deployment or Governance of Large-scale ML Models.

• Past Experience with Startups or Other Companies Developing AI Products in a Rapidly Growing Environment.
