Design and integrate security measures for AI/ML systems in-house, which involves model training, inference, and data flow.
Apply multi-agent orchestration to allow for self-governing decision-making and task assigning.
Train AI models for identifying attacks, spotting deviations, and conducting user behavioral study.
Establish guidelines for AI observability, monitoring, and MLOps practices in on-premises that will be no less than the best ones and will then enforce them.
Connect AI tools with the security processes already in place and the incident response systems existing in the organization, which are on-prem.
Hands-on experience with MCP, LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI.
Strong Python programming skills; familiarity with OpenAI, Anthropic, and Mistral APIs through private gateways or on-prem deployments.
Deep understanding of LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and memory architectures.
Experience deploying AI/ML systems in secure, air-gapped, or regulated environments.
Knowledge of AI safety, interpretability, and alignment principles.
Proficiency in backend development (Python, Java, Node.js).
Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
