Main Responsibilities
Take the lead in designing, building, and putting into effect AI Agents as well as multi-agent systems.
Combine Agentic AI with current UIs and IBM offerings.
Create generative AI software to supplement automation and business outcomes.
Advise, guide, and train engineering teams to reach the highest standards in their field.
Manage the DevOps process and make sure that CI/CD is working efficiently.
Keep technical documentation up to date for all components of the technology.
Work together with various departments to provide intelligent software solutions.
Make AI and data platforms to have more impact and be easier to use through improvements and scalability.
Work together with teams worldwide to make AI innovations that bring measurable business value.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Master’s Degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related discipline.
10+ years of industry experience with 3–5 years in GenAI or Agentic AI development.
Strong proficiency in Python, Java, Git, and GitHub.
Experience with LLMs (IBM Granite, OpenAI, Anthropic, Meta).
Expertise in building AI-driven software using LangGraph, Crew.ai, or LangFuse.
Strong leadership, mentoring, and cross-team collaboration skills.
Experience Knowledge of Kubernetes/OpenShift, AWS, Azure, or IBM Cloud.
Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) and Configuration-as-Code (Ansible).
Exposure to Mainframe Development and hybrid cloud environments.
