Design, build, and apply AI & Chatbot technology with Watson Assistant, Watson Discovery, Watson Studio, and Watsonx.ai.
Provide expert insight on possible AI application scenarios and assist in the implementation of solutions.
Conduct research, design, and implement Machine Learning and AI Modeling techniques.
Ensure reliable project delivery in a timely manner across various geographical locations.
Mentor and supervise team members involved in AI projects.
Oversee product installation, setup, troubleshooting, optimizing application, and integration with partner applications.
Continue to work independently and in a team with a flexible development style.
Bachelor's Degree (Required education)
Master's Degree (Preferred education)
10+ years overall experience, with 4+ years in AI/ML technology.
Knowledge of Generative AI and AI model serving technologies.
Hands-on experience with Watson suite, ETL, cloud platforms, Linux, shell scripting, Python, Ansible, Java, Git, Docker/Podman, Kubernetes, Jenkins, DevOps.
Quick learning, ability to work independently, and adapt to fast-evolving technologies of AI.
Experience in deploying AI solutions in production environments.
Experience with AI frameworks, libraries, and optimizing models; experience with scalable architecture design
Must have the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively to an audience of all levels.
Ability to work collaboratively towards project goals and a great deal of empathy for customers.
