Tempsens Instruments IPO Price Band and Issue Details

The IPO was offered in the price band of Rs. 285 to Rs. 300 per equity share, with a lot size of 50 shares. At the upper end of the price band, retail investors were required to invest Rs. 15,000 for one lot. The Rs. 650-crore issue comprised a fresh issue of Rs. 95 crore and an offer for sale of Rs. 555 crore.

The fresh issue proceeds are intended to support capital expenditure for expanding the company’s electrical heating solutions and specialized cable manufacturing units, the repayment or prepayment of existing borrowings, and general corporate purposes.

The IPO opened for subscription on August 20 and closed on August 24.

The grey market has remained particularly strong for the Tempsens Instruments IPO. As of the morning of August 25, the latest reported GMP stands at Rs. 317 per share, according to InvestorGain data cited by NDTV Profit and other market reports.

Refunds for unsuccessful applicants and credit of shares to eligible investors’ Demat accounts are scheduled for August 27.
