Four SME IPOs, R.K. Fashion Accessories, TNA Solutions, Acme India Industries and Paramount Syntex, are drawing investor attention this week. However, the companies are at varying stages, making their prospects for the week ahead diverse.
R.K. Fashion Accessories opened for subscription on October 5 and will remain open until October 7. The company is looking to raise around Rs. 35 crore, with the price band fixed at Rs. 77-82 per share. The shares are scheduled to list on the NSE SME platform on October 12.
Since bidding has only begun, there is no meaningful subscription trend yet. The issue could see stronger activity as the bidding window progresses, but investors will need to watch QIB, NII and retail participation before assessing demand.
TNA Solutions has attracted strong interest, with 1.66 times subscription as of October 1. QIB subscription stood at 4.77 times, while retail participation was 0.64 times. The issue carries a price band of Rs. 66-70 and closes on October 6.
The strong QIB response could support sentiment in the remaining bidding sessions. This week, the focus will be on whether retail and non-institutional participation catches up.

Acme India Industries was subscribed 1.90 times as of October 1, led by QIB demand of 5.70 times. Retail subscription stood at 0.48 times, while NII participation was 0.62 times. The Rs. 121.69-crore issue is priced at Rs. 186-196 and closes on October 5.
The strong institutional response could keep the issue in focus, although the lower retail participation remains an area to watch.
Paramount Syntex was subscribed 1.28 times as of October 1, with QIBs bidding at 119.29 times their reserved portion. Retail and NII participation remained low at 0.10 times and 0.02 times, respectively.
The issue closes on October 6, and institutional demand will remain a key factor in determining its final subscription levels.
Overall, Acme India Industries and TNA Solutions enter the week with comparatively stronger overall demand, while Paramount Syntex stands out for its exceptionally high QIB participation. R.K. Fashion Accessories, meanwhile, is only beginning its subscription journey. These trends indicate investor interest but do not guarantee listing gains or future performance.
