Dilip Kumar Sharma is currently an Associate Dean (Academic Collaboration) at GLA University and Professor at GLA University, Mathura, India. Last, but not least, Binh Thai Pham is a senior researcher, lecturer, and the Head of the Department of Geotechnical Engineering at the University of Transport Technology, Vietnam.
