Nothing plans to introduce its Phone 3 flagship smartphone into the market during 2025. In a secret company email Carl Pei described that the Phone 3 would hit the market in 2025. Company personnel concentrate on developing AI-powered options that will enhance customer interactions.
Since its launch in 2020 the company Nothing has maintained a line of middle-tier smartphone models. Because of its distinctive design, the Nothing Phone 1 achieved widespread recognition within its market. In 2024 the Phone 2a series maintained the successful trajectory that Nothing established with its devices. The company is readying itself for a substantial advancement by introducing its flagship smartphone model.
A Q1 2025 launch is expected. Pei hinted at a "landmark smartphone launch" in early 2025. It is unclear if this refers to the Nothing Phone 3 or another product. Mobile World Congress 2025 in March may serve as the launch event.
2024 rumours suggested an earlier release for the Phone 3. However, Pei delayed it to refine its AI technology. The device aims to introduce innovations in user interface and AI integration.
The flagship model will probably pack premium hardware. Camera sensors and internals could have faster performance as well. Like all previous Nothing phones, this one is also set to have a higher pricing range.
Aside from the Phone 3, Nothing has plans to release two more devices in 2025. One will be the Nothing Phone 3a which will be succeeding the Phone 2a. The specifics of the third device are still a mystery. Perhaps it will be a continuation of the CMF Phone 1 budget line.
Nothing isn’t just focusing on hardware; it’s refining its image processing with the TrueLens Engine 3.0.
