Samsung Galaxy S25 series launched at the Galaxy Unpacked event in January. However, the Galaxy S25 Edge remained under wraps. A recent leak now shows crucial details, including its design, price and date of launch.
The Galaxy S25 Edge will feature a titanium body that is similar to the S25 Ultra. Reports suggest that it is likely to come in Titanium Icyblue, Titanium Jetblack and Titanium Silver. A titanium build material enhances durability while keeping the phone light. The material also resists scratches and corrosion, therefore giving the phone a premium feel.
Rumor and leaks suggest the Galaxy S25 Edge will be priced between €1200 and €1300 in Europe. This is approximately ₹1,14,000 to ₹1,23,000 in India. The higher-end variant with 512GB storage may cost between €1300 and €1400, around ₹1,23,000 to ₹1,32,000. This price places the S25 Edge closer to the S25 Ultra rather than the standard or Plus models.
The Galaxy S25 series starts its pricing at ₹80,999 for the base model with 128GB storage. The S25+ (256GB) costs ₹99,999 while the S25 Ultra (256GB) is priced at ₹1,29,999. The S25 Edge’s pricing suggests it will be one of Samsung’s premium flagship models.
The Galaxy S25 Edge is expected to launch globally on April 16. The device will likely go on sale in early May. Samsung has not officially confirmed the launch date yet.
The S25 Edge will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. Reports indicate a 4,000mAh battery is available and a dual-camera setup with a 200MP primary lens and a 50MP ultra-wide sensor. The front camera is expected to be 12MP. The phone may offer 12GB RAM and storage options of 256GB or 512GB. Bluetooth 5.4 support is also expected.
The standout feature of the S25 Edge will be its ultra-slim design. It is rumored to be 5.84mm thick and weigh under 162g, making it one of Samsung’s slimmest smartphones.
