According to the Wall Street Journal, Binance is assisting Russians in moving money abroad, perhaps adding to the company's extensive legal issues in the United States. The cryptocurrency behemoth, helmed by founder Changpeng Zhao, joined many other big multinational corporations in dialling back its operations in Russia, one of its largest markets by trading volume at the time, early last year.
